The doctor said that I needed to have surgery for the nasal hump, nostrils, and composite rhinoplasty, so it was done with autologous costal cartilage. Until the splint was removed, I felt a little uncertain, but after removing it, the nasal bridge felt straight and extended, so I was satisfied.
