A place that talks honestly felt much more trustworthy than places that only say good things. The consultation room atmosphere was quiet and privacy was well protected, so I could ask questions without feeling burdened. After the consultation, my vague anxiety almost disappeared, and I came to think that the process is more important than the result. I became convinced that here, I could make a decision without regret.
