Eye Re-Surgery

2 months after revision double-eyelid surgery (lowering the crease + epicanthoplasty)

It has already been 2 months since my surgery! Time really flies haha I had incisional revision ptosis correction (lowering the crease) + epicanthoplasty with Dr. Ahn Moon-young at a plastic surgery clinic. Even at 1 month, I thought a lot of the swelling had gone down, but looking at the photos from then now, I was still quite swollen. Now that it’s been 2 months, the swelling has definitely almost all gone down, and my eyes are gradually settling into the natural line I wanted! As the crease line becomes more and more stable, my satisfaction is growing, and now it doesn’t interfere with daily life at all, to the point that I even forget I had my eyes done. Makeup looks much more natural, and even without makeup, my eyes look defined, so I really like it :) My friends all tell me it turned out really well, that my eyes look much more defined but not artificial at all, so I felt proud. Since it was revision surgery, I had a lot of worries, but Dr. Ahn Moon-young was very thorough from consultation to design, so trusting him with it was truly the right choice. I’m very satisfied with my current condition, but I hope it settles even better and stays pretty going forward! If you’re considering revision surgery, I really recommend choosing a clinic carefully, and I don’t regret doing it there at all.

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-yet-glamorous look.
