At the hospital where I had it done, they said to use an ice compress only for one day after surgery and then not to do it anymore. So I only did it for one day and then stopped, and I've been drinking corn silk tea the whole time. But compared to the first day, it seems like the swelling went down more on days 2 and 3 than I expected. How should I keep doing the compress? I'm going in to get the stitches removed on Saturday.. I don't know what to do. And I feel like my previous look has gone away a lot.... I also keep thinking maybe I did this for nothing I guess I'll know once it settles properly, right?
