Is this a side effect of under-eye fat repositioning?

<Before surgery><After surgery>I had under-eye fat repositioning near Sinsa Station on September 23, and it has now been over a month. I really went through so much after the surgery. 1) I lived for 2-3 weeks with one eye bright red (There is still some redness left near the eyeball) 2) My vision had deteriorated (My vision got so blurry that while working part-time at a cafe, I poured a shot onto my own hand and got burned?) 3. ****Wrinkles appeared**** The vision issue in number 2 has gotten much better compared to then, so I didn't think of it as a problem anymore;; but number 3 is stressing me out a bit A new line of wrinkles appeared under my eye Could this be a side effect?? But I was never told that wrinkles could appear under my eyes If it is a side effect, how should I talk to the clinic about it...? I'm so stressed because of the wrinkle, but it's not like they can get rid of that wrinkle, right? And I did it because of my dark circles, but honestly, it feels like a waste of money Everyone thinking about under-eye fat repositioning, only do it if you actually have under-eye fat.. Then I think satisfaction would be good
