I’m in my early 40s. I went for a consultation at Hambangnun for under-eye fat repositioning. They said it is a hospital that does not do fat grafting, and there is a consultation fee of 20,000 won (ultrasound + consultation). The atmosphere was quiet and calm, and they were fairly kind. After looking at the ultrasound, they said the order is fat - muscle - skin, but the fat was pressing on the muscle, so it had become thin. They said there is sagging too, but if I don’t feel it much, I could choose between under-eye fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty. The cost was 2.2 million won for under-eye fat repositioning (1.9 million won if providing photos).
