I went for a consultation about a different surgery, but I felt uncomfortable because they kept recommending fat grafting. No matter what we talked about, it always ended with fat grafting... I don’t think my face needs fat grafting, and it isn’t really a complex of mine, so I was taken aback when they pushed it.
