Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Anyone who had nasal tip septal cartilage removal surgery, help me~!!!

A year ago, I had my columella built up and nasal tip raised with septal cartilage at the nasal tip.. Anyway, I’ve had to endure this nose for a year now, in its current state: pointed like a witch, high like Pinocchio, and hard like a stone. It’s been so, so hard,, I want to go back to my original natural nose, so I’m considering revision surgery.. I want to remove all the septal cartilage grafts, but I’m so, so worried because I’ve seen quite a few people somewhere in the posts here saying they had all the septal cartilage removed and their nasal tip lifted up~~ If it’s not complete removal, what should I do? If you remove septal cartilage, is rib cartilage really the only option? I heard rib cartilage is even harder than septal cartilage, and I really don’t want to put that in my face~~ If you have experience or have heard anything, please tell me~!!
