They said they worked until 4 on Saturday. I had a few things I wanted to ask about, including CCTV, so I asked several questions. Even after 4, they kept answering, but from around 4:10 they stopped checking my messages, so I figured they were done for the day and waited until Monday. But KakaoTalk shows the messages were delivered, and there’s no reply… What is this? I asked, if I end up needing aftercare/revision, whether I have to pay the surgery fee myself, and they replied, “Let’s check your progress with the director^^” So I asked again whether I have to cover the surgery fee myself, but I still haven’t gotten a reply. They only mentioned the anesthesia fee and didn’t say anything about the surgery fee, so I asked because I was curious. Seeing as they still haven’t replied, would it be better not to do it here? Am I on a blacklist? I liked the place, so I put down half the reservation deposit, but ugh
익명 How did you end up putting down half the reservation deposit? It’s so annoying that they’re acting like that even after taking a deposit If you send a KakaoTalk asking for a refund, won’t they just not reply to that too?
