Which surgery is more difficult between under-eye fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty?
I went to consultations while looking into surgery for my dad, but somehow I can’t decide right away,.. I want to look into it properly, but after going to hospital consultations, I feel even more confused... please help.. Adults usually get lower blepharoplasty, right?

When my mom was getting under-eye surgery, we debated between under-eye fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty, but thinking about the long term, it did seem better to do lower blepharoplasty while she was at it. I don’t know which surgery is easier or harder, but with lower blepharoplasty, if it’s done wrong, scarring can happen pretty often, so that worried me. Since lower blepharoplasty involves an incision and suturing, it’s definitely a surgery you need to get from a director who is good at those too. What are the places you consulted recommending more?? Usually after going around, you should be able to decide, but if you still can’t decide, I think you need consultations elsewhere too to know accurately. The place where my mom had surgery, ㅁㅎ(ㅣㅗ), is good at judging what surgery is needed, and both the surgical skill and suturing skill are good, so it’s a decent place to get surgery. If you’re unsure, it’d be good to go there too.

I think it’d be lower blepharoplasty. Since it involves skin excision, it seems more complex. Still, if there’s sagging, lower blepharoplasty is the right choice, and my mom was really happy after getting it done at 리ㅇㅈ.
