Inflammation after nose surgery, is what the doctor said correct?

I had surgery around the end of December 2007, and because the swelling didn't go down, I struggled for about a month. At that time, it seemed like the nasal bridge was slightly curved to the left, so I told the doctor, and he said we would only know after more of the swelling went down. So I waited about a month, and although it was somewhat crooked, since I had gone into the surgery accepting that to some extent, I lived thinking I should be satisfied with this much, even if I wasn't 100% satisfied. For the first 3-4 months, maybe because my nose was a bit swollen, the nasal bridge didn't look that crooked,, but after that it gradually seemed like the nose was becoming crooked. I told myself not to react too sensitively.. but more and more people around me kept saying my nose was crooked and that I should go to the hospital, so I felt the seriousness and went to the hospital. To get straight to the point, the hospital director said, "A foreign-body reaction occurred inside the nose, so fluid collected under the silicone, the silicone couldn't stay fixed, moved around, and became crooked." I had never heard anything like this before, so I asked whether there was any chance it hadn't been firmly placed under the periosteum, and he said there was no such chance. Because I felt frustrated, my mother asked him this and that, and he said he was annoyed at having to explain again, told me to explain it again myself, and then spoke to my mother as if he were about to fight, asking what he had done wrong, rushing at her as if he would tear into her.. Maybe it looked like I was angry because of money; as if I was angry because the revision surgery cost was burdensome, he said he would do it for free if I just paid 300,000 won. I was so dumbfounded and said money didn't matter, and asked him to just tell me whether this could be properly fixed. Then his attitude had completely changed from the beginning... The reason a nose becomes crooked.... Can it really become crooked because an inflammatory reaction causes fluid to collect under the silicone...?? Those in the same situation, please help me.
