My first surgery failed because I ended up with a straight nose, and after about 5 years, I had revision surgery at Top Class. I redid it with a curved line, but now that 5-6 years have passed, I belatedly realized that this place seemed like they tried to do something, but they did not really have much aesthetic sense. I can accept that the nose became lower overall, but the nasal tip is ruined. The nasal bridge also disappeared, so I got filler. There is a boundary between the nasal ala and nasal bridge. And I used donated costal cartilage, but the septum does not support it firmly, and when I touch it, it sinks in deeply. I also reduced the nasal alae, but not enough of the nasal alae was removed, and the nasal lobule should point toward the posterior side, but mine points anteriorly like a pig nose. So my impression looks stuffy. Anyway, it failed
