<Legendary before photo of my bulbous nose.. I should delete this after posting it......><After surgery><After, front view: the bulbous nose is well corrected!!!>Even when I contoured really heavily, my bulbous nose still would not look properly defined, so it was always a concern for me I watched YouTube and searched things like contouring methods lol, and I even tried making my base makeup slightly glowy to cover it, but it did not work at all. The fundamental problem just was not being solved So I ended up getting nose surgery, and I think I really went to a lot of consultations to find a place that would analyze my face in real detail before operating To summarize all the consultations I went to, most places said my bulbous nose was on the severe side, and when viewed from the side, my nasal bridge bone protruded, so I also needed hump correction I also got a CT scan and thought a lot about which material would be best, but since it was my first surgery, autologous costal cartilage felt a bit burdensome..... If costal cartilage really had to be used, I wanted to use donated rib cartilage, and they said the surgeon’s skill is important for donated rib cartilage too, so I chose a place with many donated rib cartilage reviews and had surgery there Also, this is a bit off-topic, but because my bulbous nose stressed me out so much, I once wondered, “Would it be better to get nostril reduction too?” But here, they firmly told me not to do it In my case, the issue was my nasal tip rather than my nostrils, and they said that if I corrected the nasal tip as well, it would look much slimmer After surgery, the hardest time was just when I had the splint on, and after that, I don’t think there was much that was that difficult..... (interesting) But since I had osteotomy, there was some swelling, and because I’m the type who doesn’t really care about people looking at me, I went on walks diligently to reduce the swelling When I look at other nose reviews, there aren’t many front-view photos lol, so I intentionally took some and uploaded them. For a bulbous nose, improvement from the front is really important Since it also needs to look natural without a pinched feeling, I hope everyone carefully checks the front and side views when looking at reviews and choosing a place These are about the thoughts I had after nose surgery.....?? If you’re curious about anything else besides this, feel free to ask. I’ll answer whenever I see it!
