I won't say anything else. They say it happened because not enough of the columella was lowered, and that it is not a side effect. Based on the surgical scar, a raised step-off has formed. When I went for my 3-month follow-up after surgery, they said it was because the columella had been lowered less than planned, and that after checking the condition at 6 months, I could just have an additional surgery to lower only the columella. They also said that even if the columella area did not stretch, they would tell me a way to make it stretch... But when I went back at 6 months, they immediately started grilling me harshly, saying, how can they do anything when the skin is not stretching now, and told me to wait until it stretches, whether that takes 1 year or 2 years. They also said they felt offended because when I went to another hospital for an eye surgery consultation, I asked about the raised step-off along the surgical scar on the columella side because it bothered me. Did I ask the hospital for a refund? Or did I first ask them to do an after-service revision? All I said was that the sunken step-off along the columella incision line bothered me, and that I wanted a proper consultation on exactly what the cause was and what the solution would be. I don't know why I, after suffering for 6 months, had to be one-sidedly cornered like that by the director there and had to listen one-sidedly to words that felt humiliating to me. I traveled 2 hours to hear about my progress, but I couldn't even properly hear about the progress and had to leave after only hearing absurd things. My nose is like this, so I can't even hold my face up anywhere. I'm afraid the area under my nose will show.
