I heard Botox resistance can develop, so after waiting more than a year, I heard this place was good at Botox. I booked in advance for a weekday, waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, and got injections in my forehead, glabella, eye area, and jaw. But they were honestly so busy that they injected me carelessly, and even though there were so many injection sites and not enough hands to apply pressure for hemostasis, the nurse didn’t help with hemostasis either. I had to do it by myself, and because I didn’t have enough hands, I ended up with a lot of bruising around my eyes. The problem is that immediately after getting forehead Botox, the area above my eyebrows was protruding as if it had clumped up. When I went to the clinic and told them about this, They said it was because forehead filler I got 5 years ago was still there. It was not Botox’s fault, but because of the forehead filler. They asked why I hadn’t told them first that I had forehead filler. (When I asked whether the Botox injection sites would have been different if I had told them, they said no. In other words, whether I had said it or not, the result would have been the same.) When I asked them to treat my forehead with radiofrequency, they said radiofrequency has no scientific effect, and they would do it only this once, so not to ask for it next time. They said it would return to normal with time. The director spoke very irritably, almost as if scolding me, and I had taken weekday leave because I was worried, traveled all the long way to Apgujeong, and even waited 30 minutes before being seen. Instead of saying anything apologetic or sorry, I saw a doctor who blamed the patient. If this happened because of forehead filler from 5 years ago, then there should have been problems during the 5 years I had forehead Botox at other clinics after forehead filler, but this is the first time a problem occurred. Something like this happened even with a small procedure like Botox, and the response to it was like this, so I felt really upset.
