It’s been 2 months since I had surgery for a bulbous nose, but the nasal tip/alar area still looks the same. Somehow, my nostrils have definitely gotten smaller in photos, but the shape is exactly the same. Everyone~~~ even the cartilage suturing looks round, and I’m too embarrassed to upload photos. Is it still because of swelling??
