Arm Liposuction From A to Z - Day 1

I was originally going to go to Seoul, but I heard they had it in Daejeon too, so I went to Daejeon. For someone from the provinces, Daejeon was definitely closer, so that was nice. + Come to think of it, my sister's best friend had arm liposuction here. My sister had shown me her friend's liposuction results too, and she said she was satisfied, so I just decided on this place without looking anywhere else. --------------------------------Liposuction areas------------------------------ Originally, I was only planning to do my arms, but I thought, if I'm going under anesthesia anyway, wouldn't it be better to do my thighs too? So I added my thighs as well. But they said there wasn't anywhere to remove fat from my thighs except the inner area, so I only did mini liposuction on the inner thighs. -------------------------------Surgery review ------------------------------------ It's still a bit hard to take photos in the exact same pose, so I didn't push myself and took them. First, I liked that the marks were only left inside the armpit area. (Maybe because I already had some creases in my armpits?) The director was surprisingly humorous, so I liked that he tried to ease the mood. (Honestly, it reminded me of when I got my nose done, so I was a bit scared.) I was worried I'd go into the operating room and shiver like crazy, but thankfully it wasn't as freezing as I expected. When I got my nose done, the injection in my foot hurt so much it was almost traumatic, but this time they inserted it while I was sitting in a chair before lying down, so that was nice. I'm a nurse too, but I think they insert injections better than I do. Before surgery, the director checked my face, then each person said their name and we started. They told me before anesthesia that we were starting. It felt strange. When I got my nose done, I woke up in the middle..? (I don't have anything to compare it to except my nose surgery, so I keep bringing it up lol) So I was worried I might wake up in the middle, but I didn't wake up once, so that was good. My eyes slowly closed, and when I woke up, I was in the recovery room. The recovery room staff were also really kind. While I was half-asleep, I think I probably asked them for my phone so I could contact my mom, and they treated me kindly. My bladder capacity is size S, so I went back and forth to the bathroom several times, and they came with me every time.. Afterward, what I was afraid of was worrying that I might get pee on the compression garment. (I had my thighs done too.) I was so out of it that I stayed in the recovery room for quite a while, and they said I could stay longer before leaving. But since I live in another area, I just wanted to go home and rest, so I took a taxi > intercity bus > bus and came home. After getting home, I was still slightly dazed until I slept for a bit. ----------------------------------- Additional summary -------------------------------------------- [Swelling] From the first day, the swelling started moving downward, and my wrists and fingers got completely puffy. Usually I can wrap one hand around my wrist, but now I can't at all lol [Bruising] I slightly opened the compression garment and looked, but there wasn't as much bruising as I expected. Maybe because it's only day 1? [Pain] It's kind of like the feeling of soreness after a really intense workout? My arms are better than I expected, but my thighs hurt much more. [Range of motion] I was worried because I heard I wouldn't be able to lift my arms, but it was better than I expected. Washing my hair with one hand is definitely possible, so I don't think I need to go to a salon hehe [Did the fluid leak?] My arms didn't leak at all! I slept with a pad underneath, but nothing got on the compression garment either. (I ordered pads for no reason lol) ----------------------------------Am I satisfied? What do you think? ---------------------------------- Honestly, throughout my life, my upper arms bothered me the most. I have a relatively full chest, so I wanted to leave my chest alone and only reduce my arms, so I got liposuction. When my upper arms touched my arms.. when taking photos, it really stressed me out a lot, but for now, I'm satisfied!! Normally, I wore shirts and loose-sleeved T-shirts to hide my upper arms, and I absolutely couldn't wear sleeveless tops, but after liposuction, I think I'll be able to wear them comfortably without deliberately hiding my upper arms, so I'm happy. I hope time passes quickly and the swelling goes down. A total of 400 cc was removed from my arms. 900 cc from my thighs. On day 1, my weight increased by about 3-4 kg. But that will go down as the swelling subsides anyway, so I'm not too worried about it. My hands are swollen to a Doraemon level, and I can't wrap my hand around my wrist either.. I don't know if it's because of the medication, but my face is a bit swollen too. Since I wear a mask while working at the hospital anyway, I don't care about that either.
