Day 14 of Single-Knot Continuous Buried Suture Method... Uneven Eyes and Sleepy-Looking Eyes

Hello It's been 2 weeks since I had the single-knot method, and I haven't had any stitches removed. I understand they're permanent threads... The line itself seems clean, but my original eyes weren't that thin, and I had a little sagging skin too, so in some ways you could say they were difficult eyes for buried suture surgery! On top of that, what was even worse is that my eye-opening strength is a bit weak too But the doctor said it could be corrected sufficiently with the buried suture method, and said if I wanted my eyes to look more open, I should do incision + ptosis correction + medial canthoplasty, or otherwise just do it, so I did the buried suture method But although my original eyes were uneven too, I thought they would get a bit better after double-eyelid surgery, but they got worse! If I don't put strength into my eyes, I look sleepy, sob sob That said, it's not like I'm opening them using my forehead or eyebrows either, so what is this;; Is it swellingㅡ.ㅡ Anyway, if it continues like this, I'm going to have revision surgery again in December! The clinic itself has good word of mouth and is famous, so I did it without any hesitation, but I guess my eyes are somewhat difficult... Would it get a bit better if I do ptosis correction + medial canthoplasty + full incision? I don't mind an inner double eyelid, but the line is too inline, so it looks sharp, lacks definition, and looks sleepy;; More than anything, I wanted somewhat round and cute eyes Maybe because people often say my face looks young overall...those sharp eyes don't suit me Anyway, please give me lots of opinions..
