<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>Before surgery, my glabella was low and the hump on my nasal bridge was severe, so in short, my nasal bridge was not pretty. From the front, I guess you’d call them the nasal alae? They looked lifted, so my nose also looked like a drooping arrow-shaped nose, and my nostrils showed too much, which stressed me out, but after rhinoplasty my confidence really shot up. When I went for consultations, everyone recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I was scared of being left with a scar. I also felt like the surgery would look too obvious, so I couldn’t decide easily, but the director explained the materials in detail and told me to choose among them. I was touched. When we looked at the CT, they said my septal cartilage was a decent size, so they could make the height I wanted. Hearing that it could be raised naturally enough even with septal cartilage made me trust them more. They also answered everything I asked very thoroughly during the consultation, so I decided to have my rhinoplasty at that clinic. What’s really amazing is that it was done with septal cartilage, but as if it had been done with autologous costal cartilage, the line came out refined, natural-looking, and pretty, so I’m completely satisfied. The hump nose was also cleaned up neatly, and since my nose changed to look more sophisticated, I look more feminine and that characteristic masculine impression is gone too. I originally thought the shape was roughly determined by the nasal material, but this is where I felt the difference in the director’s skill. I like the result so much, and everyone around me had tried to stop me when I said I was getting rhinoplasty, but now they compliment me, saying I was right to do it and that I found a good hospital. They also do aftercare well, so good. If you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, I recommend going for a consultation at that clinic.
