My allergies are pretty severe, so I worried for a really long time that surgery might cause side effects But my eyelid sagging was getting noticeably worse day by day, and maybe because the under-eye fat was also becoming more prominent, people around me kept saying I looked tired so often lately. So I looked into a few places for eye plastic surgery and went around mainly to places known for doing natural-looking work. In most plastic surgery consultations, they said a sub-brow lift and lower blepharoplasty would be suitable, and among them I went back for a second consultation with my mom at the place I liked most! They examined things in much more detail than I expected, so I felt a bit reassured. They checked the degree of sagging, the location of the fat, and even skin elasticity, so I thought I might as well go ahead and have the surgery. On the day of surgery, I was really nervous, but once the surgery actually started, they kept explaining things, and it ended faster than I expected, to the point that it felt a little anticlimactic lol Because I have allergies, I was worried about what if the swelling lasted a long time, but maybe because they paid attention to that part too, I wasn’t very uncomfortable. On the first day, there was a slight tight feeling, and from the second day the swelling gradually went down. After a week, my under-eyes were clearly smoother, and I could see that the sagging eyelids had been naturally lifted, so I’m satisfied haha Since the line under the eyebrows got cleaned up, my face looks more defined than before and less tired. Now, every time I look in the mirror, I feel like my image has definitely changed, so I understand why people get lower blepharoplasty. I’m glad it healed naturally, and it feels comfortable because it looks like my own face. I’m totally satisfied,,, I was worried because there are a lot of side effects these days, but it’s almost embarrassing that I worried that much.
