- Silicone 2-3 mm with ear cartilage + reuse of the septal cartilage that was originally there. - After doing the surgery, the doctor said more than 80% of the septal cartilage at the nasal tip had disappeared, so it was almost nonexistent.. And they said the septal cartilage that had originally been on the nasal bridge itself was severely deviated to the right, so they straightened it. After a few years, the deviation of the nasal bridge is still the same, but the nose itself became prettier, so I’m satisfied. And since about 30% of people notice and 70% do not, it seems like it turned out naturally?
