On the day of the under-eye fat procedure, there was almost no swelling or bruising, but it definitely got a lot puffier on days 2 to 3 Still, I worked hard on cold compresses, and by the one-week mark the major swelling had gone down, and around the 3-week mark almost all of the swelling and bruising had gone, so it is definitely better than before and it shows!! Right now, even under bright light, the under-eye fat is completely gone, so I am very satisfied
