Jaw and cheekbone review, part 2

Because the USB on my home computer that recognizes photos is broken, I couldn't upload photos. I've been taking pictures constantly every day, so I'll go to a PC cafe soon and upload them. I spent the entire Lunar New Year holiday receiving pitiful looks from my relatives. Thankfully, the bruising is fading day by day, but the blood bruise in my eyeball is lasting a long time. I roughly covered the bruising under my eyes with makeup and even went on a weekend date with my boyfriend. The whole time we were out together, he kept scolding me to cover my face.. ㅡㅅㅡ First, after the surgery on the 31st, on day 5 I went to have the compression band removed, and on day 9 I went to have the stitches removed. There was still a little blood continuously coming from my left jaw, so I thought maybe the stitches had burst, but they said the hard, clumped swelling along the jawline was pooled blood, commonly called "seonji." They said it's like the seonji in seonji soup lol. They squeezed that out for me, ugh, it hurt. Black blood filled my mouth~~ They said blood would keep coming out for a while. After coming home, I diligently pressed firmly on the painful areas and squeezed out the blood. So the stitches on the left side still haven't been removed. After squeezing out the blood, the left side became slimmer too. I thought it would feel refreshing after removing the stitches, but inside my mouth it's full of callused tissue. They said it was a minimal incision, but it feels like they tore everything open, 3 cm above the upper gum and 3-4 cm below the lower gum. Under my right eye, on the cheekbone area where there was a lot of bruising, there is a hard, round lump. This is probably also like "seonji," but that area already has all the stitches removed and has healed, so I don't know what will happen.. I had a hospital appointment today, but I overslept and couldn't go;; Work is also too busy. I don't know if it would be okay to go the day after tomorrow.. 1. Surgical effect - When I was wearing the compression band, I thought it had gotten smaller and was mistaken, but now that 10 days have passed since surgery and the contour has emerged to some extent, the lines have become softer, but it has not gotten smaller. My head itself was big to begin with, and it wasn't the type with very prominent angles, so I guess that's why. If your face looks big because you have very prominent angles, you may be highly satisfied. I expected my face to become even a little smaller, and the nurse definitely said they pushed the cheekbones in a lot, but the width has not narrowed at all. It just became somewhat smoother.. And it may be because the incised sideburn area is still a little swollen. They gave me Botox in my temples, but I wonder when the Botox effect will appear and whether it will really shrink even if the effect appears. My jaw seems to have become much slimmer. 2. Swelling and bruising: the bruising is fading day by day, and the swelling is there every morning when I wake up, but compared with photos from two days ago, it seems to have gone down a lot. I never thought the black bruising around my eyes, like I had been beaten by a really strong man, would fade this quickly, but today it has faded enough that I can cover it with concealer. The blood bruise on the white of my eye still has a long way to go, though. 3. Physical condition My mouth opens enough for two fingers to fit, and from day 6 onward, I forced it open and brushed my teeth. I'm now able to chew rice gently. Because of the hard, swollen wound tissue filling my mouth, my mouth feels cramped. When I went on the 9th, the doctor told me to press down steadily on the cheekbones to the point that it hurt a little, so I press them often, hoping they will go in even a little more, but it gives me headaches;; I still have to sleep on my back, so I feel like I'm going to get hair loss on the back of my head. It hurts; since I always slept on my side, it's so uncomfortable. And I keep having a slight headache. My head feels heavy. And even if I run just a little, I get very short of breath. I definitely feel that my body has become weaker, especially when climbing stairs or running.. Maybe it's because I'm someone who didn't exercise much.. I think I need to exercise hard and build up my stamina. I had given up, thinking the swelling would be so severe that I would have to stay shut in at home for a month, but today, on day 11, I look human and can go outside and walk around. The bruises are all gone too. Maybe it's because I worked really hard at warm compresses until day 9.. I also ate extremely well. I think I gained some weight,, Maybe because they put a breathing tube (?) into my airway during surgery, my throat still hurts, and because of the black blood that keeps coming out little by little from my jaw, in the morning I spit out black bloody phlegm. After surgery, I expected my face to become smaller, but I was very disappointed because it did not become smaller at all.. Still, my face is still plump now, so I want to look forward to how it will look in 2-3 months after the swelling completely goes down.. I'm going to be patient and wait. But I don't think it will suddenly become tiny. Those planning surgery, please absolutely do not expect dramatic results.. Just think that the lines of your current face will become softer. Then, as soon as I download the photos, I'll upload the results.
