Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

One month after nose surgery (Info!!! Bucheon ㅇㅃㅅㅅ)(photos removed)

The two small photos at the very bottom are from one week post-op. When I was having the surgery, I told them to make it absolutely natural. It was raised by 2.5 mm, and I had the bridge and nasal tip done with an open approach. I thought my nostrils were wide, but it turns out that was because my nasal tip was blunt and low. After fixing the tip and doing the bridge, it looks narrower. Here, they only use sleep anesthesia for about the first 10 minutes, and the rest is local anesthesia, so they show you the shape frequently and keep working on it until it becomes a shape you like.. lol Is that a bit gross? (Actually, when they show you, they roughly(?) stitch the lower part too before showing you, so it’s not gross ㅠㅠ) Before the surgery, they shaved down the slightly protruding part in the middle. It absolutely doesn’t hurt, but the fact that surgery is happening itself is what I’d call distressing????????? That’s about it. And I totally recommend local anesthesia. Actually, after they first adjusted it and asked if it was okay, they had narrowed my nasal tip too much, so the nose itself was pretty, but it really didn’t suit me.. So I said this wasn’t it and asked them to make the nasal tip soft and rounded like Im Soo-jung’s, and they worked quickly for about five minutes and redid it for me~ So I realized sleep anesthesia isn’t always better. And this is an important tip. Even with local anesthesia, you’re almost in a dazed state because it’s exhausting. And throughout the surgery, you keep thinking, what if they mess it up? So when they ask whether you like it, don’t just think it’s better than before and absentmindedly say yes, yes.. You need to stay alert, look carefully, and ask them to adjust it more. Later on, that little bit keeps remaining as a regret~ I have a slight regret ㅠㅠㅠ
