I had revision rhinoplasty because the silicone was twisted. Since I know how scary silicone can be, I looked for a place that could perform surgery with autologous costal cartilage and had the surgery there. Maybe because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, it seems to be healing a little faster, and it looks more natural too. I'm satisfied because they made the line I wanted well. I was happy because friends I met after a long time said it doesn't look like I had surgery at all.
