It’s already been 5 months since my surgery. Time really seems to fly. I was satisfied at the 1-month and 2-month marks too, but now it feels much more stable and completely settled into my face. Now, almost all the swelling has gone down, and my eye shape has settled naturally, so people around me often say my overall impression has changed a lot. Before, I had to unconsciously strain my eyes for them to look clear, but now I don’t need to do that at all, so my eyes feel comfortable all day. Instead of being told I look tired, I hear that my eyes look open and defined, so my confidence has improved a lot too. Especially because I’m a man, I was really worried it would look obvious that I had surgery, but now, 5 months later, it looks completely natural. Unless I say it first, almost no one knows I had surgery, and they just ask things like, “Did you lose weight?” or say that my impression looks better. The scars have also faded so much that they are almost invisible when my eyes are open, so I have to look closely in the mirror for them to show. Most of all, there is no awkwardness at all now when I make facial expressions, and it isn’t uncomfortable even when I smile or open my eyes wide. As time passes, the line keeps becoming more stable and smoother, so I’m satisfied with how it is now, but I’m also really looking forward to it because they say it will become even more natural. When I first decided to have surgery, honestly, I hesitated a lot, but looking back now, I think it was a really good choice. Thanks to my eyes looking much clearer than before, I feel confident when taking photos, and I feel proud every morning when I look in the mirror.
This review is about a surgery that pursues a natural look.
