I liked that the waiting time was overwhelmingly short. I did go 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and within 15 minutes after arriving the consultation with the consultant started. The consultant tends to listen well. After that I saw the director. The director looked at the chart while listening to my requests and started the consultation. But the director’s style, to put it nicely, is chic; to put it badly, he has no manners and no respect. When I asked how the surgery method would be done, he said he decides that himself and not to ask. He didn’t prioritize understanding the patient’s needs; instead, he seemed to think something through in his head while steering the patient’s answers. The whole time it was frustrating and felt like I was being scolded, so it ended in 5 minutes and the director left. He recommended non-incisional natural adhesion, and said there were no post-op follow-up appointments at all, so there was no need to come to the clinic. It felt like his attitude would be exactly the same even if the surgery went wrong, so I cut it off right away
