Legendary 6-Week Thigh Liposuction Review & Tips for Managing Swelling and Bio-Bond…

<Legs before surgery><Current legs at 6 weeks after surgery>I’ve already hit 6 weeks since thigh liposuction! I posted before, but I added more information to the post, edited it, and am uploading it again! Right now, the circumference of the thickest part of my thighs has gone from 53 to 46 cm, a total reduction of 7 cm, and I’m wearing size small shorts haha After struggling with swelling and going through my elephant-leg days, as the swelling and bio-bond are gradually going down day by day, my legs keep getting slimmer! I’ll share the lower-body swelling and bio-bond care tips I do! 1, Stretch often (very important) + thigh exercises When I wake up, I always start with lower-body stretches Especially the areas where joints bend (knees) are places where swelling stagnates, so I carefully stretch around the knees too, and I also often do stretches that pull the inner thighs. I keep looking up stretches for reducing leg swelling on YouTube and following along, and I think I do a huge amount of stretching every day. It helps a lot with loosening bio-bond. Since I stretch often now, I don’t have any pulling or uncomfortable feeling in my thighs at all. I’m also massaging my thighs and calves thoroughly with a foam roller, and I think it works well These days I’ve also added exercises for inner-thigh fat and saddlebags, and I’m working hard to manage everything so my legs get slimmer! 2, Drink lots of water (important) Everyone knows how important this is, right? I make sure to drink 1.5-2 liters of water a day and go to the bathroom often. Since I’m eliminating often, I think the swelling goes down faster. I don’t drink things like soda, and instead I drink a lot of water 3, Pumpkin juice, swelling medication, swelling tea Early after surgery, I took Newvein, Danggwisusan, Tripline, and One Quick (famous as a plastic-surgery swelling product), and since one month after surgery I’ve been consistently taking pumpkin juice, One Quick, and vitamins. I don’t know if it’s just in my head, but I feel like Danggwisusan and Tripline help the swelling go down better. Honestly, there are many people who say they don’t really know whether swelling products work, but I just kept taking them haha This time I also ordered red bean pumpkin tea (swelling tea), and I’m drinking it consistently! 4, Warm compress pack I heard it’s good to apply something warm to the knees and thighs with a loess pack or something like that, not an electric machine, so I keep doing warm compresses for about 20-30 minutes, 3 times a day! I heard bio-bond is weak to heat, so I warm it up nicely with the pack. 5, Lymphatic massage (important) I mix lotion and oil 3 times a day, apply plenty to my legs, and massage the lymph nodes around my knees and groin. Make sure to do this! It’s really good. I heard lymphatic massage is good for eliminating waste. 6. Walking (important!!!) Make sure to walk 20-30 minutes a day! I also walk a lot while busily doing housework. Moving a lot is the best for reducing swelling. 7. Manual post-care shop Personally, I think a post-care shop is essential. Getting professional post-care from an expert and doing home care at home are on completely different levels, and I think bio-bond loosens better and faster, the line settles more beautifully, and it’s better overall I’ve seen quite a few cases where people started post-care very late after too much time had passed, or didn’t manage it at all and left bio-bond alone, and it settled in an unattractive way. So after surgery, from 2 weeks later when my stitches were removed, I’ve made sure to go to a post-care shop once every week After getting Endermologie and thorough manual care, I definitely feel like the lumps loosen quickly. Never save money on post-care..! I bought a package and plan to keep going. I recommend combining a manual care shop + home care rather than trying to break up bio-bond alone with only home care at home Until 2 weeks after surgery, I was in pain, so I couldn’t do stretching, foam rolling, massage, or anything like that at all. I just ate well and rested hard, but from 2 weeks after surgery I started feeling a bit better, and since then I’ve been making sure to do all the things I wrote above every single day. For reference, my stats are 159/50, and there’s no change in my weight compared to before surgery (yesterday I suddenly lost 1 kg and became 49 kg though) Even though I’m not doing a separate diet meal plan, by managing myself intensely with the things I wrote above, especially stretching really diligently, my legs changed like that. I feel like they’re changing more and more every day. They were also very bumpy, but day by day they’re gradually getting better. I still have a lot of inner-thigh fat that can be grabbed, and swelling remains, so I think they’ll get even thinner. Liposuction isn’t over after surgery; I think the management starts from after surgery After getting liposuction, I started wanting more for my legs. Before, I just left my thick elephant legs alone, but now I keep wanting my legs to get thinner and prettier Everyone, let’s work hard on swelling and bio-bond care and make slim arms and legs~~ Let’s manage intensely and make a pretty body!
