Nose Re-Surgery

I’m thinking of removing donated costal cartilage from my nose, please advise

Hi I’m writing because I’m really worried about nose implant removal surgery First of all, this is a really, really big concern for me. I had surgery last January with donated costal cartilage and silicone, but I want to remove all of it, so I’m leaving this post Honorifics aren’t allowed, so my tone might sound awkward Please understand Reasons for removal: (1) I really hate the texture. It’s not just hard, it literally feels like real bone, so when my hand touches it, it’s not that my hand feels my nose is hard, but more like my nose itself feels this vibration around the philtrum bone area? That’s how much I hate this feeling (2) Also, when I’m lying on my right side and then turn over to the left, I can feel something like the center of gravity shifting from one side to the other. So I really hate that And sometimes the pulling sensation around my nose is really strong, so I hate that too (3) When someone looks at me from the side, my nasal tip is too pointy. So I hate that I have some questions and want to ask for your opinions (1) After removing the donated costal cartilage, I want to slightly define the line using nasal cartilage. Do you recommend that? (2) I heard you have to think very carefully about total removal, so I’d also like to know reviews from people who have had removal done I want to hear all of your opinions. I hope we can speak kindly to each other. Thank you
