The right side isn’t like this, but the left side feels slightly underfilled, so it looks a bit sunken in the shape of a tear trough. It’s hard to see up close or under normal lighting, but when I look from farther away under lighting that shines up from below, it’s definitely visible I’m now 3 months post-op. Should I still keep watching it? At the 2-month mark it was a bit less noticeable, but as the swelling has gone down, I do think it’s becoming a little more apparent. I’m still young, so I think revision surgery would be difficult, and maybe I should get under-eye filler later? Please give me some advice
