At one place, they said my current nose is pretty depending on how you look at it (they said if there’s anything lacking, just lower the nostril rims). Another place I went to today said there are shortcomings like the columella and angle, but the degree of change wouldn’t be big.. When people get revision surgery because they’re dissatisfied with the shape, are there clinics that tell them not to do it unless necessary? When I tell people I know about the shape-related dissatisfaction that makes me want revision surgery, they all understand to some extent.. Am I really just unable to be satisfied? But then again, I Photoshop my nose a lot
