I had my first nose surgery in early October My nose was low and small I had the nasal bridge, nasal tip, osteotomy, lengthening, columella lifting, and nostril lowering That’s what I had done, and they used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage First of all, my nose was really small and my nostrils were tiny too I only went to 2 consultations, and I originally wanted a more dramatic nose The first hospital I went to for consultation specialized in noses They said they couldn’t do the nasal bridge either (they said if they did, it would look like a chalk nose) They could only do the nasal tip But they said they couldn’t do a completely natural look or the surgery I wanted.. So I had almost given up and went to the 2nd hospital, DD. There, they said they could do a naturally glamorous nose + match the needs I wanted, so I didn’t bother looking elsewhere because it was annoying The price was okay too, so I just did it there Maybe because I knew from the start that I couldn’t make it very dramatic or high I’m satisfied because the nasal tip seems to have become much higher than I expected. And my nasal tip was very sunken, so lifting the tip was important! I didn’t really have much desire for a high bridge to begin with Rather than height, I said I wanted my nose to look slimmer from the front Even on the day of surgery, I said I was worried it wouldn’t be noticeable They said they would raise it as much as my skin could stretch But I think the nasal tip went up more than I had imagined It’s not a dramatic nose, but some people around me say it turned out naturally well, and that my image seems to have changed a lot haha It hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet? so there is still swelling But I think once all the swelling goes down, it’ll look even slimmer For those with a low, small nose, try getting a consultation with Director Kim N-rim at DD I thought it would barely come out the way I wanted But now I’m completely satisfied.
