Eye Side Effects@eye-sideeffect

Since right after the surgery, I kept having a foreign-body sensation in one eye, like an eyelash was stuck in it. The line on the uncomfortable side came undone after just 20 days ㅠ It’s now been one month and two days since surgery. I spoke with the clinic, but they only said we should schedule a follow-up appointment, and when I said I just wanted the threads removed, they said I would have to pay the surgery fee. (They only said revision surgery to my original line would be possible after 6 months, and I don’t know whether there would be an added cost.) I’m wondering if this is normally right.. The foreign-body sensation isn’t my fault, so shouldn’t the clinic take responsibility for this? Am I only thinking from the patient’s perspective? Based on similar side-effect cases I’ve seen, I’m wondering if it might be because the existing threads weren’t completely removed. I remember seeing a review where the clinic kept saying they didn’t know, but after the remaining thread naturally came out through the patient’s own efforts, only then did they apologize. So even if I go in for a follow-up.. judging from the clinic atmosphere and the doctor’s attitude I experienced, I feel like they’ll just say, “I don’t know why this is happening, wait a little longer,” ㅠ What should I do..
