I had already posted this before, but because many comments were asking for photos, I’m posting it again…!! Photo upload didn’t work through post editing. Surgery is now 3 years ago. - Why I had surgery at Gaaum First, my dad’s friend does plastic surgery in Gangnam, so I planned to get it there, but it was scheduled at the same time as a seminar in China, so I couldn’t. He recommended Gaaum, so that’s why I went! So I didn’t go looking around for other places; I just went. - Consultation At first, like other reviews, the doctor was very confident and said he only does natural outcomes, and said he would make a nose so natural that only 1 or 2 out of 10 people would notice. And because I had not gone to other hospitals first, I just thought he would do it well on his own, so I didn’t explain any specific nose shape I wanted and just said to make it look suitable for me. So I don’t know how many millimeters of Gore-Tex were used - Materials used I used Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. - Anesthesia I’m writing this because someone asked about anesthesia in the comments. I just lay down and fell asleep, but near the end of surgery I do remember having some talk with the surgeon, though I don’t remember the details. - Was it hard after surgery? I didn’t have any pain or discomfort at all. In other hospital reviews, people say they were uncomfortable because of cotton, but I did not have any cotton put in my nose at all, so it was comfortable. The splint and stitches were removed 5 days after surgery. Actually, after surgery I thought, maybe I should have made it a little higher, but I’m satisfied now! I had also wanted a natural look before surgery, but when it was done I did end up getting a little greedy A friend with good eye for details and except for one uncle among my family, no one noticed. I hope this helps.
This is a rhinoplasty review that pursues a natural look.
