I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and the step-off was corrected with ear cartilage. It looks very natural, like a photoshopped version of my own face, and people around me just say things like, “You got prettier,” or “Oh, something looks different?” If I don’t tell them, it looks natural enough that they don’t really notice.
