Because the surgery before mine was delayed, I had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes? so that was kind of not great. The director was kind, and the consultation was decent. They kept asking if I had any additional questions too But the director’s experience was short, and nothing really grabbed me, so I didn’t have surgery here.
