I visited this as my second clinic for nostril-axis consultation, without designating the head director. Both the doctor and the consultant were kind, and during the consultation they explained things thoroughly while showing before-and-after photos. They also took photos of my nose and analyzed it directly, and explained everything calmly, so I felt trust. There was no pressure at all, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I felt confident and proceeded with surgery the same day. I had it done under sedation with an external incision. Right after surgery, I was startled because my nose felt slightly pinched, but from day 4, the nostril shape naturally started returning, and the swelling is continuing to go down, so I’m quite satisfied now. I think I just need to take good care of the scar from here. The disappointing part was the front-desk response. I called about three times, and two of those times felt a bit unfriendly. Still, overall I’m satisfied with the surgery and consultation.
