The clinic has a yellow interior, so it already looked small and chaotic because there were a lot of staff, and that made it even more so.. The consultant didn’t even know which director I had booked with and used a toothpick to mark my eye line, so I was shocked lol I liked the director’s aesthetic sense the most, but I was disappointed because they kept seeming like they wanted to get me out quickly. The director, the consultant, and the clinic itself all felt way too careless, so I’m worried it might go badly...
