The Plus community review

I had rhinoplasty + alar surgery together Conclusion: it failed. The rhinoplasty itself is okay "functionally" But I didn't have any functional problem, and I did it to become prettier, yet there was no aesthetic improvement. I realized that when people say The Plus is good at rhinoplasty, it doesn't mean they make noses look pretty, it just means they don't ruin a human nose. The alar reduction I had at the same time was completely botched On the day of surgery, right before surgery, they said a doctor I had never seen before would be joining, so I had a bad feeling. After the surgery ended, I was browsing the Artbox right in front of the hospital, looked in the mirror, and almost had a panic attack. I still remember that tabletop mirror. As if someone had played a prank, my alar bases were severely uneven. The incision locations and the lengths of where the stitches were sewn were all completely different. It wasn't like they were doing an experiment I even started suspecting that the doctor who joined in did that side, and that's why it was uneven It'll be okay, it'll be okay... No matter how much I tried to soothe myself, it didn't get better Even after all the swelling went down, it was still uneven. Severely. They admitted it themselves too and said they'd lengthen the alar area, suggesting revision surgery I already knew. After consultations at several reconstruction hospitals for this issue, that alar reconstruction is impossible Still, I trusted them and had the revision surgery. There was no change, and only the scar became darker. This isn't the end. Strangely, the nostril on the side where I had alar reconstruction was blocked all day, and I had such severe runny nose and sneezing that it was hard The next day, when I blew my nose hard, the gauze that had been tightly blocking my nose slipped out.. Yeah.. They forgot to remove the gauze they had put in during surgery^^ They admitted it too, but there was no apology Thankfully, I later had revision rhinoplasty at a good hospital and became prettier, but my alar bases are still bizarrely uneven. At this point, I even think maybe I should just have double-jaw surgery to lengthen my alar area.. Every time I go to Sinsa Station, I feel awful because of the trauma Because of this hospital and the doctor, I hate Sinsa Station itself.
