It’s been 3 weeks since cheekbone surgery

It’s been a little over 3 weeks since my cheekbone surgery. The feeling when I chew is so strange. My left cheekbone has no discomfort when chewing, makes no sound, there’s no pulling feeling beside my lips, and the swelling has gone down a lot. But my right cheekbone feels strange. The sensation feels like the anesthesia hasn’t fully worn off, and around the fixation device. It’s also more swollen than the left, and my right lip feels a bit droopy, and that puffy-looking area beside the lip and nose is stronger too. Most of all, the thing that annoys me the most! Every time I chew, it feels like the right anterior cheekbone area moves forward and backward!!!!!! Is this only happening to me? What is this.. When I chew food, there isn’t really any sound or anything, but the right anterior cheekbone area moves forward and backward every time I chew. Seriously.. And the left side doesn’t hurt or anything, but the right cheekbone keeps having sharp, tingling pain ........... ahh That feeling is so strange that I keep chewing only on the left side, and this also worries me.. sigh.. Why is this happening? Is it because the bone hasn’t fused enough yet? Is it because the fixation was done wrong? I’m going crazy... Please answer, everyone..............ㅠㅠ
