This isn’t about me, it’s about a friend. My friend doesn’t really know this community, so I’m asking on their behalf My friend had nose surgery in June? July? this year. They also had functional rhinoplasty because of rhinitis, and septal cartilage + ear cartilage were used. But now, 3–4 months later, the nasal tip has dropped a lot. The director at the clinic acknowledged it too, and apparently said that compared to a nose that hasn’t had surgery, it is pretty, but for a surgically operated nose, it isn’t that pretty. So they’re planning to have revision surgery. The clinic didn’t mention autologous costal cartilage, and apparently suggested adding a few more layers of ear cartilage. Right now my friend is also considering autologous costal cartilage. But when my friend had the surgery, they received a discount on the condition that they would write a total of 5 reviews every few months for 1 year? So they also have to send photos whenever the clinic requests them. They’re worried because, regarding this, the penalty fee is 20 million won, and they feel like they can’t get surgery at another clinic... In this situation, even if they don’t trust the clinic, is there no choice but to do it at the same clinic..? My friend said they didn’t like the system? when they had surgery either, and wants to go to another clinic. Is there no way to resolve this
