Overall, they clearly pointed out what would be needed to create a face I like. It seems like they try to create the line you want as much as possible. I liked that they explained in numbers how much each area could be reduced. The consultant was really kind and professional, so she also answered questions I forgot to ask the director. The price was within the budget I had in mind, so it was fine.
