Sorry for using a clickbait title… But my life changed so much after double-eyelid surgery that I’m going to write a review! I’m 19 now, and I’ve had double-eyelid surgery a total of 3 times! Winter from age 15 -> 16 Winter from age 16 -> 17 March at age 19 So I had it 3 times in total! The reason I first got double-eyelid surgery was that I opened my eyes using my forehead, and my eyes had so much fat that even double-eyelid tape didn’t work. (There was really a lot, so I had fat removed all 3 times. The reason for the revision and second revision wasn’t because it was botched, but because the double-eyelid folds all came undone… Now it’s been about 7 months since my last surgery, and I think it has settled well, so I’m writing a review haha Oh! I didn’t even shop around for consultations; I just went to a random clinic, had a consultation, paid the surgery fee the same day, and got the surgery! The revision and second revision were all at the same clinic, and I didn’t pay anything after the first surgery! Even though the first surgery was an incisional double-eyelid surgery, I got it done for several hundred thousand won! Anyway, what I want to say is, if any middle or high school students who are thinking about double-eyelid surgery are reading this, I want to tell you it’s not too late to do it after the college entrance exam! You don’t have to create a situation where you end up doing it 3 times like me… Oh, and I also have a question. Up to now I’ve only had double-eyelid surgery, with no canthoplasty at all, but I feel like there’s a limit to making the eyes bigger with double-eyelid surgery alone, so I’m thinking of getting canthoplasty.
