I had it done this June They recommended fat grafting, but I only did repositioning But now that I look at it, my under-eyes look a bit sunken The fat is gone, but my dark circles look worse and wrinkles have appeared too It also kind of looks rough and dry Could it be because I didn’t get fat grafting??
