I had surgery on the 12th, so today is day 13. There’s still some swelling, but it turned out so pretty that I’m genuinely enjoying every single day. The several photos above are before surgery, and the ones below are after surgery. I want to take a front-view photo too, but it doesn’t come out well on my phone camera. I think the front view looks prettier than the side view. Of course, the side view is pretty too. Yesterday, I went to Dongdaemun, and while going up the escalator at Migliore, I caught a slight glimpse of my side profile in the mirror... and I shocked myself;; because it was pretty (gasp -_-;) At the place where I had surgery before, for about two weeks, my whole face was swollen to the point of puffiness, but it’s not like that this time. I think the saying that revision surgery causes worse swelling the more you do it is a lie; As you can tell from my pre-op photos, my nostrils were crooked, and my nose was crooked in opposite directions between the nasal bridge and the tip. It looks like that because it’s a phone camera; if it were taken with something like a Canon... roughly, sweat ; And it was thick and too high, and the scar tissue inside my nose was no joke either. I lived like this for five months ㅠ I was seriously so resentful about going to nightclubs ㅠ I feel like there are way too many brokers in this community. Please get lots of consultations here and there, and have surgery at a hospital that really clicks with you and respects your opinion. What I really felt after getting surgery is that plastic surgery clinics that are well-known here and there are not necessarily good. I had it done at a really famous place and suffered badly. Rather, places that aren’t well-known in this community or plastic surgery cafes but people go to through word of mouth are the real ones. Places like that get lots of patients even without advertising. They’re actually kind and don’t recommend unnecessary procedures either. Anyway, please get lots of consultations at different places. Have surgery at the place that understands your problem areas best and accepts your opinions the most.
