It’s been 9 years since the surgery, and I still? don’t think I’ve had inflammation or contracture. There isn’t anything particularly uncomfortable after the surgery. I had silicone inserted, osteotomy done, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip. I think this clinic has a specific shape the director pursues, and if you look at a lot of review photos, you get a sense of it like, ah, I see. It’s not a natural style, but a noticeable style. Before surgery, I had a depressed bulbous nose that looked like it had been punched down, so I decided because I thought this clinic’s style would be suitable for making a change to my nose. At that time, from the places I asked around about and went to consultations for, I remember it being on the more expensive side. Right after surgery, I thought it was too high, too big, and too obvious, but as time passed, it became a bit more natural. But now that a lot of time has passed, the glabella area looks a bit obvious, and the nasal tip seems to have lost a little of its former sharpness? and I can see some deviation too. But I’m scared to touch it again, so I’m just going to live with it. Since my 20s I’ve had shingles and my immune system is truly terrible, and I’m also a heavy smoker, so I’m grateful that I still haven’t had any inflammation or anything. For now, among all the cosmetic surgeries I’ve had, my nose has had the biggest before-and-after change, so I think I’m satisfied.
