3 years ago, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery and under-eye fat repositioning. Originally, one of my eyes had a double eyelid and the other had multiple crease folds, so I think it was harder than expected Now the end of one side has come down slightly Still, everyone says they can't tell!! I don't know if the under-eye fat repositioning had any effect..
