Review of breast fat grafting + double chin liposuction at Glovi

I was originally an AAA size, so it was also a complex of mine, and I felt resistant to implants. Rather than wanting to increase the size a lot, I wanted to go up naturally by about one cup, so I chose breast fat grafting. I went for consultations at other clinics too, but Glovi Plastic Surgery gave a more detailed consultation, and they said that because it was stem-cell fat grafting, the engraftment rate would be a little better. They can record operating room CCTV if requested, and most of all, I liked that they provide very meticulous aftercare, so I decided to proceed there. (CCTV recording is available for 5,000 won per hour, but they do not give you the file; you can only view it directly at the clinic. It is stored for one month.) On the day of surgery, they took my before photos, Director Kim Jae-in designed directly on my body, I signed the consent form, and then went into surgery. When I woke up, I was so cold that my teeth were chattering. They said it is normal to feel cold when waking up. After shaking for about 30 minutes, I felt a bit better, and my legs were numb, but my condition was not bad. My cheeks were so swollen that I looked bizarre, but they did not hurt. They suctioned from under the ears, so my ears had no sensation. My breasts did not hurt either, but the armpit area felt stiff when I put strength into it. The area above my solar plexus hurt slightly, like it had been hit. Since my condition was okay after surgery, I slowly got up and walked around. I felt much better, so I went into the locker room to get ready to leave, but suddenly I became dizzy, my vision went blurry, and I staggered. My stomach hurt so much that I was supported on both sides and went to the bathroom. Only my stomach hurt like crazy, but nothing came out, so when I went back out, they laid me back down on the bed. I received an IV with my legs elevated. After a while, the director came and said that fluid can be lost during surgery, which can make you more dizzy, and that this happens more often in women with weaker constitutions. They told me that when I feel dizzy, I should lie down and elevate my legs. I also fainted when I had double eyelid surgery, so if anyone feels dizzy after surgery, please keep this in mind. They kindly told me there was plenty of time, so I could rest slowly and leave when I felt comfortable. On the first day, it felt like my breasts were going to burst, and while sleeping, I woke up once every hour. It did not hurt, but it was somehow uncomfortable. From the day after surgery until one week, it got harder every time I woke up. It gradually became hard to sit down and stand up, the bruising got worse, and the swelling was severe, so my feet became very swollen. When my feet swelled, I took off the compression garment and rested a bit, and the swelling improved. Now it has been about a week, and walking is gradually becoming easier, and the facial swelling has improved a lot too. The bruising has also faded a lot, but there is still a long way to go. As for the volume, they extracted 1200 cc from my thighs and injected 300 cc into each breast, so I increased to about a B-C cup, but they said a lot of it starts to go down from week 2, so I am making sure to eat my meals well.
