My natural body shape has a completely straight, rectangular waist... so I thought I should build it through exercise, worked out really hard, and eventually even became a Pilates instructor, you know? But after becoming a Pilates instructor, I realized something: the pelvis is just something you have to be born with.. I guess you really have to be born with it.. The members I taught either already had a pelvic line from the start.. or once they lost weight, their pelvic line appeared.. It kind of gave me a reality check^^ After worrying about it, I ended up getting pelvic fat grafting at Hourglass Clinic! During the consultation, they talked through things while even taking my job into consideration, and I felt like they really were experts for a reason. I also liked that they didn't recommend weird unnecessary things! For the surgery, they removed fat from my abdomen and put it into my pelvis. Because of my job, I didn't have that much fat, so I was worried, but seeing the surgical result, I'm fully satisfied! Gaining some weight before surgery is a useful tip! Right after surgery, it was uncomfortable because of bruising + swelling But after 2-3 weeks, the swelling went down and it gradually became more natural lol I'm so cool for working hard^^ lololololol The members say my hips and pelvis are so pretty lol
