Hello? I am 10 months post-op after non-incisional double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction at a plastic surgery clinic. I am writing this to help those considering surgery. 1) Eye characteristics before surgery - I originally had double eyelids, but as I got older, from 1 year ago my upper eyelids began to look sunken and the double eyelid on one eye became faint, making me look tired. So I decided I should get double eyelid surgery. 2) Reason I chose this clinic - A manager in the same office recommended it, saying that the daughter of an acquaintance who is a doctor had surgery here and the result was really pretty. I also went to other places besides this one. Other places recommended incision, but this place suggested a non-incisional method, and I liked that they understood the post-surgery recovery period and the patient's feelings well, so I decided on the buried suture method and ptosis correction. 3) Recovery process - It was my first surgery, but in a comfortable atmosphere I felt that they examined me really meticulously. For the first few days, as expected, there was a lot of swelling and I worried, but without any significant bruising, the swelling went down naturally and I regained a natural appearance. 4) Changes after surgery - Opening my eyes became very comfortable, and I even felt as if my field of vision had widened. - My impression became clearer, and thanks to the ptosis correction, the sunken area above my eyes improved, so I feel good when I look in the mirror. - I worried that my original impression might change, but without a major change, I maintained natural double eyelids and eye shape similar to before. 5) Before and after surgery photos Please refer to the first photo Overall review - If your double eyelid line changes as you age and your impression becomes less defined, I recommend getting a consultation. - I feel it was a waste of the time I spent worrying about this over the past few years. - Even for simple double eyelids, each doctor has a different approach, and I liked that the director understood the patient's feelings well and seemed to study how to create the greatest effect with the minimum treatment. - The other nurses and consultants were all kind as well, and I was able to have surgery in a comfortable atmosphere, so I am recommending it to acquaintances around me.
